Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice jacket for the urban savvy rider I wanted a good protective jacket that still looked good enough in the city to go meet clients. This fit the bill. It's warm with the liner on down to a few degrees above freezing. I've ridden without the liner once and you really only want to do it at temperatures of more than 16 Celsius. The jacket has no operable vents which concerned me at first but there is a lot of air flow through without the liner. I will have to see how well this jacket does at hotter temperatures. Does this property make this jacket poor in the rain? The jacket does a good job keeping the wet out in the heaviest rain and the seams and zippers are all good, although at highway speeds I do get water pickup from the bottom. From light showers to a light-medium rain though, no problem. Comes with elbow and shoulder armour. I wish it came with a spot to insert back protection but I'm planning on getting a strap on back protector for my commutes. There are no official chest protector insert locations but there are two pockets where one could insert them in. Fit, I normally wear large and I decided to go with XL as most XL textile jackets including from Alpinestars normally fit just right. This one was a bit surprising, the fit is around half a size too big. Overall, this is a very nice jacket. I just knocked one star off for lack of additional armour insert locations and the lack of vents might be concerning when it hits 30 degrees outside, but if I had to do it again I would buy this jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wears Like a Business Coat Bought this jacket as a replacement for my Alipinestars Verona waterproof jacket which was also part of their City Collection. With, among other things, the addition of extra protection options in the back and chest, the Mora is a much more useable city inspired offering from Alpinestars. I wore a size small Verona which was too slim a fit so I tried the Mora in a medium. It feels a little roomy in the chest with the thermal liner removed, but the sleeve length is bang on in the riding position. The cuffs are roomy enough to fit a waterproof gauntlet glove underneat them without a problem. I wear a watch when I ride and feel no discomfort or tightness whatsoever and the velcro closure allows me to nail down a perfect fit. Most gloves will make it difficult to access the two front chest pockets as the zipper pulls are rather small and tucked behind the zipper cover. The lap-bunching is minimal in my somewhat-upright sitting position but it still makes the cargo pockets harder to access while sitting. Im not sure if these pockets are waterproof but the Napoleon pocket hidden behind the (drool..!) storm flaps most definitely is. Overall I definitely consider this an upgrade over the Verona in continuing with the theme of motorcycle apparel that doesnt scream "12-oclock wheelie."

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mora Waterproof Jacket Bought this last summer as my first motorcycle jacket and rode around with it on from July-October. Super comfortable jacket! Fit was a little short in the arms for my taste, but fits really well everywhere else with a good amount of adjustment. Would definitely buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pockets, nice quality, good waterproofing I bought this as I am just beginning to ride, i usually fit and L so i went up a size for XL, it is a bit loose on my arms, but it is good enough. The padding isn't too intrusive, (there are only forearm and shoulder pads, no back padding), and it is pretty waterproof for the price. It can get a little stuffy >25C, but if you unzip it a crack, it is tolerable. All together, this is a very good bang for the buck jacket, a must buy if it is 50% off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great jacket for the price you can't get better sizing is perfect, jacket look really good and seem to be warm and also waterproof enough for the riding I would do in the rain. Seems well made and well design. I would buy again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WARM!! This is a seriously warm jacket - however, I'm hoping that will make it a dry jacket as well. As others have said, it does seem to run a little bit larger than AStars usual sizing.
