Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, for what they are For what they are, these pants are great. And they are a pair of riding pants. They are great at that, and that alone. If you want to do something like carry your wallet in these, heh, nope. The armour and slide pads feel secure, I haven't yet (knocks on wood) taken a tumble, but I feel secure in the knowledge that I have ample material to burn through if I did. The knee armour being adjustable is a nice addition, as I am abnormally tall (6'4, 193cm) and I think you could get away with being a bit taller in these pants. Unfortunately when I purchased I didnt think about whether there were pockets at all, because well why wouldn't pockets be a universal feature for any pair of pants? But yeah... no pockets, so hopefully your armoured jacket has big enough pockets for all your stuff! Overall a nice pair of pants, with a hard to ignore flaw, but still good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The fit and look nice. Really tide on my balls when walking but this is probably about me. Once you sit on motorbike, all good. I do not mind for no pockets as my jacket pockets are enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable, tough pants Bought these pants 2 months ago they have been a great pant for everyday riding, pants are warm in cold and vented for the warm weather

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fit is out to lunch If you're not super skinny, don't bother. Just bought these, got them a size big so that I could use them as overpants. The waist still is just barely big enough to get on - I have to suck in to get the zipper done up. That said, the legs are WAY too long. My feet don't even stick out the legs. The knee armour sits at roughly mid-shin in the "short" pocket. Thinking they might just have been mislabelled, I moved it to the "tall" pocket and it's just above my ankle. Will be returning them. On the plus side, the quality looks to be really good and the pants seem to be really solid. I can't speak to anything else though because it wouldn't make sense to actually use them with how badly they fit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Icon resistance pant Ok pant. Overpriced. Bought as a summer alternative.. pant is ok for warm weather but could vent better. In a 36 jean and these were a struggle to get on. They say 36...but feel like a size down..not uncomfortably but darn close. Knee armour feels funny and doesn't lock into your knee like in should when on the bike. For the price better pants out there.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from They're Not For Me Had to return these. Unacceptable fitment - they were so baggy and loose that the knee armor could be rotated around my leg nearly 120 degrees both ways. Waist fitment was slightly large. No belt loops. No pockets. No bueno!

Questions

I have a 35" waist and wear a 36" jean because I lift weights and have big legs. Should I buy 36" or 38"? I also wouldn't mind wearing these over shorts or long johns or jeans.

Asked by: noman
Hi Noman, If you plan on layering, I would recommend going with a 38. Thanks! ~Emily, Customer Representative, Canada's Motorcycle
