Good clutch performance
Installed with no problems.
Good feel, and grip at take off.
Very difficult to find neutral , it would have been nice if Fortnine or Barnette had informed me that its needed to upgrade the lower cable lever to have additional stroke at time of purchase. but still happy with the product.

Great Product
Bought this along with the heavy duty spring. Had it installed in an hour. Final adjustments took a little trial and error. Snugged up the adjuster Allen key and loosened 1/2 of a turn was the final outcome. No slippage.

Amazing product
I am over the mood. I can be happier.
The Extra Plate Clutch Kit made my bike feel better then new... I highly recommend it... PLEASE NOTE: keep your old spring, the one from Barnett is way too hard. I didn't need to change my original spring but I tried the Barnett one and ending up going back to my.stick spring

Happy Customer!!!
Clutch works very smoothly, happy that I made the purchase. It was an easy install.....the only negative is that you do not get a set of instructions. I went to the BARNETT website and downloaded an installation instruction see web address attached. I thought that the price was good and I would recommend this product to my friends.

S**t for instructions.
Had to search all over for instructions, since it's not just a stock replacement. If you find Barnett's instructions, what they don't tell you is to ditch the dampener spring, thin steel plate and thin friction plate. Save yourself from doing the job twice.

Great Product!
Installed in a 2007 Sportie XL custom. Could never find neutral not anymore and the shifts are so much smoother. Great add on my bike. Don’t hesitate with this. Quality product.

Questions
Run wet or dry. I can actually run my clutch system dry? Just close up the case and run it dry?
No. "Dry" is a stock (not completely dry) shovelhead setup. "Wet" is a sealed (lube in the primary) shovelhead setup. Running it dry WILL eat your chain, comp and clutch hub.

Could you please tell me the exact number of friction and steel plates. I see in the pics that it shows 10 friction and 9 steel. But in the description is says eight steel. This is important info for me as I am replacing 10 Kevlar friction and 9 steel.
Well.... As I remember, we had counted 2 EXTRA plates in this kit compared to what was stock in my 2014 breakout.... But then we figured out that they are thinner then the stock plates, so we ended up using all the extras as well and it worked out great.... P.s. don't over saturate them in oil.... Dip'm, wipe'm, and install'm as to what your bike requires... they won't engage correctly when saturated
