A big fan of GiantLoop
The bags are extremely versatile. Seems pretty durable and the best part is the little dry sac on that comes with the bike for extra protection.
There is one side pouch for things that need to stay dry, and the other side has a quick draw .

Questions
Do the mounting pucks come with the bags or do they have to be purchased separately?
they do not come with the bags, they do come with the plastic mounting plate that fits inside the bag
we have 4 sets of these bags for bikes in different parts of the world, Central America and Canada, all have diff mount systems
I ordered a set Touratech pucks and was surprised for over $100 the kit only does 1 bag, nice product but expensive, used this on KTM990 factor rack and KTM690 with Dirtracks racks
Coyotetrips makes an economical and good product we used on another rack
my wife's BMWgs had thread inserts on the rack so we just purchased knurled wheeled bolts
most difficult part of mounting is ensuring perfect hole alignment before drilling into the bag/plate, we used a soldering iron to make holes through the bag and sealed around them to the mounting plate with RTV silicone
most of the time we do not remove the bags on trips, just pull out the waterproof liners, our trips can be up to 1 month+, only remove to repair bikes or a couple times when the bikes were dropped in river crossings
between the 4 sets we own they have over 200,000km, now getting some small cracking on the fold areas on the small roll up pouches, easy patch with RTV silicone, we use waterproof stuff sacks for everything as the we found water/hard rain can find its way in after long exposure or submerged on water crossings for a long time
we also clean and apply a sun blocking product (like 303 UV spray), I hope this helps with extending their life

check out the information on the Giant Loop website and the vid they provide
bags do not come with any mounting hardware, GL site has some suggestions also you can directly bolt on
they do take some time to mount the first time and needs some tools to complete the job
