La veste Leatt Fusion 2.0 Jr est une combinaison de protection du cou et du torse pour les cavaliers juniors. La protection du cou et du corps certifiée CE du gilet Fusion 2.0 Junior tient compte du fait que les jeunes cavaliers sont très sensibles aux blessures à la poitrine, au flanc, aux épaules, au dos et au cou. Le Fusion associe une protection du cou primée à la technologie de mousse 3DF absorbant les chocs pour créer un protecteur du haut du corps confortable et bien aéré, sans aucun concurrent. La conception de l'entrée latérale signifie qu'il n'y a pas d'espace dans la plaque de protection avant, ce qui aide à protéger la zone vulnérable de la poitrine du conducteur.

Will buy again
Have bought for both my kids for dirt biking, BMX racing and mountain biking. It has saved their bodies and necks multiple times. I will continue to buy for them as they grow.

Brought it for my 5 yr old son. It is a little big for him yet. A friend of his had the older model which had velcro adjust straps from the back to the chest which was much better then the clips and straps this one has as far as adjustments go. We could make the older model fit better as this one is limited in comparison. Other then that it is a very nice protector. Next season it should fit him better. Overall we are happy with the purchase would still recommend this to friends.

Super safe for kids
I have one thing to say.
Have your kid ride with it as soon as possible.
Riding with neck equipment needs adaptation.
It is very restrictive but as you know even for adult it takes some times to be comfortable. It is always there and you feel it. You need to understand the danger of neck injuries. It is a pro ride that broke his neck that brought it to the mix world. I ride with one on big bikes so small bikes are big for kids. Push for it. It is well worth it. I do not promise your kid will enjoy it. He will hate it but for me it is not a condition. I pay for the bike so....

Worth every cent!
Son took a bad fall on a sandy track and his whole body summersaulted. He has a small cut but was able to ride away. I saw another kid get whiplash from over shooting a jump and badly injured his neck now does not come to the track anymore. I'd rather have more protection and not need it than the alternative.

Leatt Youth Fusion 2.0 Vest
Purchased this unit for my 9 yr old son, approx a month ago. He rides runs like Crazy Train & Hells Bells @ Pano & Rockstar @ Silverstar..lots of big, fast jumping. I feel so much more comfortable w/ him jumping off the features he loves doing w/ this protection. Fortunately, he rarely crashes and I hope we never needs the protection this unit provides but ya just never know...SAFETY FIRST!!

Poor design.
Was broken upon arrival. The rubber hinge was split and almost broken completely through. Fortnine were great and I returned it for a refund. Leatt informed me this is a common failure and they have now added a release button on both sides, but no one in Canada has this design yet. But it still has the rubber bendy part which is a poor idea.
The true hinge design as found on the dbx 5.5 etc is much better and I won't be buying one like this until it has that hinge.
