Very good quality. The sound is excellent, a little more metallic. I am very satisfied. Only a little expensive in my opinion

Barely sounds different than stock
Good quality for the price. But honestly it doesn’t sound a whole lot different than stock. Slightly louder maybe. I was hoping for a deeper tone.

Would give it 3.5 stars.
I would like to rate this at 4 stars but due to the finish and installation instructions I give it 3/3.5 stars. The thin paint on this muffler is showing signs of rust/wear after a short period of time and the installation instructions I was provided were not that accurate. As quoted in the installation instructions it says to not to resuse the stock muffler donut, that the muffer is designed to not facilitate the stock dognut gasket. With out the dognut gasket the front mount will not line up and you are left with a terrible exhaust leak. So keep and reuse the dognut! It does sound amazing and I have noticed a better throttle response after installing this muffler on my 2016 sportsman 570. I would on other hand like to see a little better finish on it and better installation instructions in the future.

Not happy
Over the years I have used MBRP products on a variety of vehicles and powersports . . I have there dual stainless 2 1/2 inch on my truck rite now and I love it . . Sounds great looks good I would recommend MBRP to anyone . . But this muffler I bought for my polaris 800 I am not pleased with. . I was expecting what I always do from an MBRP exhaust when I first start the vehicle. . A nice deep growl . . Not this time . . Instead it sounds like a tin can . . Twangy if u will . . And when u get on the throttle its even worse . . . Simply put I am not impressed and put the oem exhaust back on its far less embarrassing. . . Not to say I would never buy their product again thier a good company and Canadian. . . Just this particular muffler. . Is CRAP

great quality and customer assistance from MBRP
Was worried old heat shied wouldn’t fit new exhaust. Was assured it wouldn’t damage quad without it on. Installed easily and sounds great.

Questions
I have a 2008 grizzly 700 FI EPS. would i need a fuel programer ?
Full exhaust systems will almost always require an air-fuel adjustment. Conversely, slip-on exhausts usually do not need one. With that said, we would recommend that everyone tune their air-fuel mixture after an exhaust modification. Even if it isn't mandatory, a jet kit or fuel controller will always be beneficial.

I have a 2004 sportsman 600 that is carberated would I need to jet it to run this exhaust?
I doubt it. If the exhaust in question was a low restriction racing type one then I’d say yes but the MBRP has in my opinion a decent amount of back pressure. At idle it sounds like a tin can, not bad when revs are up. Fairly quiet exhaust.

Do these increase performance in any way? I don’t mind doing a jet kit either if that helps
Not anything noticeable. A dyno might show a gain. More of a good sound, and often cheaper than oem replacement
