Bought this carb to use the body for my broken VM30-219 on my daughter's MXZ 550F. There are a few differences. First, the Ski-Doo carb is longer, about 3/8 to 1/2 on the air box side. It's flange length the difference. The fitting that connects to the gas line on 550f is very big for a carb that size, so we had to make an insert on the fittings VM30-83 for it to works with the sled gas line. The brp only have one overflow Line instead of 2 for the vm30-83. Block one line with a cap. Should be ok.The overflow line for the brp carb is an elbow, while this product have a straight fitting on exit. Inside the carb there is a small diameter long pipe. This pipe was not the same length between both carbs .
All and all, we were able to make the transfer and it seems to work properly.
