Good deterrent against theft of tampering
I just used it on an 9000km trip and it worked perfectly, including the alarm. In combination with a bike cover, I think it works as a good deterrent against anyone attempting to mess with the bike.
I cannot give it a 5 star rating however because it took a new battery to get the alarm to reset properly after activation. The strange part is the battery it came with tested OK, and when I put it back in, it also worked properly. That being said, FortNine was good enough to give me a discount coupon towards my next purchase for my troubles!
