Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good looks, but not as tinted as I hoped I bought the gold mirror and blue mirror lenses, as I had read that the gold lens was good for high glare / bright sun conditions and the blue was better for mixed sun and cloud conditions. Plus, I really like the look of mirrored lenses. Gold Lens: the better lens of the two for me. The tint is a fairly neutral brown/grey colour. The mirror is strong and it does OK in bright sunlight, but still isn't quite as dark as I had hoped. Definitely need to rely on the helmet visor in low angle (sunset/sunrise) conditions. This lens looks great in person. Blue lens: I am less happy with this lens. The blue is a darker colour than suggested in the product photo (more like a faded blue/purple), and not nearly as mirrored as the gold. Plus, the tint is VERY light... I'm pretty sure you could even use this lens riding at night in the city (though I'm not suggesting you try). I added a photo of them next to my blue mirrored sunglasses; you can see there's no comparison. I didn't expect an inexpensive goggle lens to be better than an expensive pair of sunglasses, but honestly I can't even say that using this lens is really any more comfortable in bright sunlight than the clear one that comes with the goggles. tl;dr Gold Mirror - recommended; Blue Mirror - disappointing

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as advertised The mirror blue is not mirrored at all and this was pretty much a waste of money. Let the picture speak for its self

          Questions

Are the black goggles see through like can someone see my face or eyes through the black pair I have a blue pair and you can still see through them

          Asked by: Peyy
Yes and no. These are reflective lenses, meaning the less amount of light behind the lens the less transparent they will be.
