Deliveries Continue Despite Canada Post Negotiations
Dec 17, 2024 — Canada Post has resumed operations; however, it will take time to stabilize fully. Until the backlog is cleared and we can ensure reliable shipping timelines, we will continue shipping exclusively with Purolator.
Dec 9, 2024 — Purolator has increased their estimated delivery times for all locations in Canada. We have updated our estimated delivery dates at checkout to reflect the most up to date information.
Dec 7, 2024 — The media has released information regarding courier delays, including Purolator, our main shipment provider at this time. Don’t worry! FortNine is not affected and will still continue shipping out orders normally. It is, however, possible that unavoidable delays will affect the delivery times for packages.

Due to high package volumes with Canadian couriers, the likelihood of delivery delays increases as the holidays approach. FortNine is committed to assisting wherever possible and appreciates your patience during this busy time.

Nov 12, 2024 — Unions confirm a strike affecting Canada Post services is set to begin on Friday, November 15th.
Oct 23, 2024 — Possibility of strike | To avoid any service interruptions or inconvenience to our customers, FortNine has decided to preemptively offer Purolator as our main shipping option. Don’t worry, the same free shipping initiatives will be applied on eligible orders!
Should a strike be avoided or at its end, we will resume shipping with Canada Post.
While shipping with Purolator, we ask that you keep in mind they do not deliver to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, General Delivery, or Military address locations. Please choose a physical address for any shipments with Purolator delivery services.
If your address is not served by Purolator you will be notified during checkout. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you by email with possible delivery options.
