When we received the gloves one was a small and one was a medium. Contacted customer service and got an immediate reply. Sent new gloves without having to send the original pair back. New gloves were received within a few days.
Gloves are great. Good quality, fit as expected and are cool when riding. Would buy another pair for sure.

Have your sewing kit ready
After 3 uses the stitches started coming out of the thumb, same as my previous pair. Great glove otherwise.
