Questions

Can this be secured to a concrete exterior wall? Are the screws designed for concrete? Will it rust at all being exposed to the elements?

Asked by: Aaron
Yes, it can be screwed to a concrete exterior wall. The shackle is made from special hardened steel for the highest resistance so it should withstand the elements.

1) Will a Kryptonite 14mm chain pass through the shackle, or would a lock need to serve as the link between this and the chain? 2) Could this be mounted in a pick-up truck's bed?

Asked by: uncommopnear
Liked below is the dimensions of mount. If you mount to a truck bed you would have to find different bolts to mount it to something like that. http://imglin.com/1ViuyTpfdT.png

Can this be mounted into a wood stud?

Asked by: Scott
As per the manufacturer, yes but you would have to find your own wood stud lag bolts to make it work.
