Ignore the naysayers
Installed mine today and it fit flawlessly. Took my 450 for a ride and it served its purpose.. My back wheel is adjusted all the way in because I just installed a new chain and even with it being so close the mudflap still does not touch the tire. High quality plastics aswell I'm very happy. It even includes a couple nice decals

Not shaped correctly
bolt holes in proper location however the shape was not correct and the rear tire soon tore it in half - don't buy it unless you have your old one to shape this one to

Actually the right one
It was pretty much the same as stock, the previous one I ordered from this site From a different manufacturer was not even close.

Did not fit at all
I bought this and the mud flap was 1/2 smaller than the bolt holes on the air box so I had to make a custom bracket for it

Poor Fit
I bought this for a 1987 Honda Cr 250 restoration. I made it fit with some cutting and bending and hole elongation. It was not even close to fitting out of the package on this bike anyway.
