A few things to consider
I have been using this helmet for about 6 months now from late spring into late fall. the helmet fits true to size and was very comfortable right out of the box with no hot spots. Its not ultra light but not heavy for a helmet that has an integrated visor. the quick connect buckle is a plus and I will be looking for that option when I buy my next helmet. That being said its not super easy to adjust on the fly as you will need 2 hands.
A few things to consider before you purchase this helmet. First off if you plan to attatch a camera to the helmet you'll have to get creative as it is very angular and hard to find a flat spot to stick it to. It's a bit noisy but I wear earplugs all the time so it doesnt affect me to much however on the long trips it can bothersome especially if you like to listen to music as the wind noise competes with the music. The sheild is big and there is a big viewing area but it seems to have a sort of anomaly with the clarity of the plastic with a little distortion. This may be just mine and I have another one on the way to confirm this. If you have the visor pulled all the way down the shield wont completely open as the visor keeps the shield from reaching the last detent. The chin curtain is not big enough so you get a little more air up under the visor than wanted causing watery eyes but the fix for that is the winter chin curtain for $16.76 #734366.
All in all for the budget minded this is a good helmet considering all of the features packed into it including probably the most important one. The ECE rating.
If not for the visors clarity issue this helmet would have ranked much higher. ill update when the new one arrives.

OK for the price
Its a good looking helmet and the integrated sun shield is great - it lets me ride at night with just the clear, or in the sun. The visor provides limited sun screening, really only useful when the sun is about 4 fingers above the horizon. I've put about 5000km of riding on the helmet and so far 2 trim pieces have fallen off. Some kind of edge attachment to the visor, and a small plastic tap covering a screw near the chin vent. Ditto to other poster commenting on lens distortion. Its there, but not a huge pain. Although my MX9 manages to do it. This may have been so riders could wear goggles under the lens??

Solid helmet
Solid helmet, biggest complaint is the wind noise, it's fine with ear buds though.

Comfortable but noisy
The helmet is quite noisy at speed and the mechanism for the tinted visor is a little finicky. However the internal tinted visor does fit over my glasses, and the helmet is over all quite comfortable to wear, it is all purchase I am happy with.

You get what you pay for...
All right, I don't think I have to explain that at this price point, you can't expect something great. That helmet is the exact definition of "you get what you pay for".
Vents will fall off, visor will break, it feels very cheap. This is the kind of helmet you get to make sure you won't get arrested not wearing one. But don't expect that thing to properly protect you if needed.
That being said, not uncomfortable. For this price point, not too noisy. I suggest to take off the sun visor if you use it for on-road purposes.
As for the clear visor itself, it fell off on me twice. Yeah, while I was rolling. So to be clear, I bought this as a first helmet for my first bike. It barely made the first summer. But i'm buying something more solid for next year.
Positives: it didn't fog too much and it's comfortable for what this one. Negatives: it costs less than 200$ and you'll fell it costs 200$. It's a cheap option and that's exactly what you should expect.
Overall: if you're short on money and you need to have something on your head for the first summer, cool product. Otherwise, be ready to invest another amount of money a year after. Even at this price point, there are better options.

Decent purchase
I really like the helmet . However it’s very noisy but what do you expect for a highly ventilated helmet . Venting is really good . The visor lock points is hand but it will effect your vision . Once you are use to it it’s fine

Good helmet without spending too much
Been using this for a couple months now and for the price it is good.
Pros: Looks great, tons of air flow, ratchet buckle is super convenient and much preferred.
Cons: Airflow when it’s cold, as noisy as an open face helmet almost, had some major fogging issues.
I commuted to work one morning and it was raining and quite cold (around 3-5C), ride was only 5 minutes. My visor fogged *immediately*, and even trying to raise it up while riding and enduring the rain it did not want to clear. It was honestly quite dangerous. I almost started the return process but decided to try some shampoo on the inside as anti fog and so far so okay. Definitely better, but I haven’t been in the exact same conditions. I’ve had quite a few helmets over the years and never had as much fogging as with this one, it caught me very off guard. Time will tell, I hope a simple coating will suffice and I can keep it as I do like the helmet a lot.
Photo was taken after my ride and it was that foggy even after 10+ minutes of having it off and open, and it was worse than I could capture in a photo.

Questions
How much does this helmet weigh? Any idea how it fits with glasses?
Approximately 4lbs. You should be fine wearing most styles of glasses with this helmet, as long as the frames are not too big.
