An AGV icon, evolving towards perfection. K3 is AGV's full-face road helmet that takes all the characteristics of a versatile, safe helmet to outstanding levels. It offers safety for all, at the highest levels – the shell made of high-resistance thermoplastic material, the multi-density EPS and the details such as the collarbone-protection profile and the protective visor allow K3 to obtain the strict ECE22.06 homologation. Due to the AGV Extreme Safety construction protocol, K3 meets the requirements of the most recent international standards and then some. Its strength lies in its versatility. K3 is designed to put in its best performance in all situations.
The built-in sun visor, which can be operated conveniently with gloves on, assists when it's too bright, and doesn't block the front ventilation when it's in the rest position. The Pinlock Max Vision antifog system guarantees maximum visibility even on the wettest and coldest days, when the temperature difference between the environment and the inside of the helmet could cause the visor to fog up dangerously. Not with K3. The Ultravision visor also guarantees a 190° horizontal field of vision, so you can see obstacles, the road and everything in front of you earlier and better. K3 is prepared for the installation of communication systems. The Eyewear Ready interior design allows you to comfortably wear your eyeglasses or sunglasses while riding. Comfort boosts performance.
The aerodynamic profile of the K3 is designed to achieve a dynamic weight of zero at a cruising speed of 130 km/h. It means lower weight and less strain on the neck muscles, for maximum concentration on riding. The interiors, made of 2DRY material with rapid absorption of sweat and moisture, can be customized, to personalize the fit to the full and maximize how comfortable it feels. The ventilation achieves maximum efficiency through the air vents at the front and on the chin, precise and easy to operate with gloves on. The practical micrometric steel closing system permits quick, safe adjustment of the helmet fastening.

Quality Built HelmetJust received this helmet in XL size. Fits well and is very comfortable. The shell is a bit bulkier than my previous helmet, HJC CL17. It is also a bit noisier. It is quieter than HJC i70 that I had to return due to a manufacturing defect. The fit and finish of this helmet is excellent. My glasses fit well into the helmet and it was easy to install my Sena SMH10R. The shields are optically clear and has ok ventilation. I haven't tried it on a long trip or in hot temperatures yet. I will update when I have more time with it. It would have received 5 stars, if it was quieter. It really is a 4.5 star helmet, but I can't give it a half star on this review.

5 all around except for noise lvComfortable to wear, good level of ventilation, sun visor was a big plus. I am getting use to the ratchet type chin strap and the noise level. My previous helmet was an Icon, double d ring chin strap and a significantly less wind noise when riding my 695 Monster. Also a little expensive there are shops online that will charge $100 less then Fortnine.

Return and refund was very simple.Excellent quality. I ordered XL but turned out too large for me yet the neck ratchet was too tight. The XL shell is very large also. I did not ride with it so I can't say how quiet it is. The return and refund was very simple with Fortnine.

Comfortable and stylishHelmet fits well, I love the integrated sun visor. The 'mini opening' feature is kinda neat, though I wish it "stuck" so that when you close the helmet it still leaves the mini gap for air flow instead of having to push up on the slider.
The main downside is that adding a communicator was a bit challenging because the spaces between the foam are really tight to the point that it's hard to get even a single strand of wire behind it. This led to my communicator being a bit more exposed wiring wise than I'd like. Moreover, because of the switch for the internal sun visor, I had to resort to using adhesive to stick the communicator on instead of being able to clip it on like on my previous helmet.

Great replacement for EXO-R420Bought this to replace a Scorpion EXO-R420. It's lighter and much more comfortable, the visor is super clear and wide. It also seems to handle airflow better, at least in an upright/adv riding position. Much, much less buffeting than with the 420.
Wind noise is still really high - I have to wear earplugs with this, but don't mind it. There is a nice gap around the ears - where the 420 would press down on the ears and make earplugs uncomfortable after a while, I don't ever notice them with this helmet.
Airflow is not great, (420 airflow was better), but removing the chin curtain solves this for the most part. If you like riding with the visor up, it does get louder and it whistles.
The only thing I don't love is the ratchet chin strap - I like how easy it is to put on and take off, but I would feel safer with the double D ring strap.
Super, super happy with this helmet, especially with the price tag (the gray seems to be much, much cheaper than the red - if you don't mind the plain color, this helmet is very affordable!). I would definitely buy it again.
A final note: there was an issue with the helmet when it first arrived (one of the vent clips was missing), and F9 were incredibly helpful to process a return and replacement that arrived very quickly.
