              Description

All the technology developed for professional MotoGP™ riders, in a helmet that's ideal for every road use.

K6 S is the essence of versatility, developed for maximum performance. Suitable for every type of riding and all road surfaces, it incorporates the best characteristics from the sport and touring worlds and is ideal for taking on any two-wheeled challenge, from leaning into the turns on winding roads to long-range trips, by way of everyday city rides.

Its carbon and aramid fiber shell ensures the very best protective performance in its category and makes it the lightest full-face road helmet in the world. Due to the stringent AGV Extreme Safety design protocol, K6 S passes all the tests required by the strict ECE22.06 standard by a large margin, making the helmet 36% safer than the levels required by the latest road homologations.

The aerodynamic shapes developed in the wind tunnel are optimized for ideal air penetration in any riding position, making this solution perfect for riders who want the freedom to select their own riding styles, without compromise. The aerodynamic spoiler evolves to split the air and limit buffeting at cruising speeds. The superior comfort eliminate distractions and lets you focus only on the road and obstacles, throughout the journey.

The premium interiors are waterproof and ventilated. They are designed so riders can cover endless miles in total comfort with only the road ahead to focus on. The innovative air vents on the forehead and chinguard are designed for easy adjustment even when wearing gloves, which means the rider always has the right amount of ventilation. The large, comfortable interior of the chinguard is designed to take advantage of maximum ventilation with vents open.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Helmet Coming from a AGV K5 this helmet was a definite step up in many regards. It's a featherweight and even with a Cardo attached it's not heavy at all. When riding highway speeds you don't feel the helmet on your head, it's great. I purchased a gold mirror visor from agv which works really well with the helmet, it's not too dark in the evenings but it works well with a lot of sunlight. Other people commented on the locking mechanism of the visor, I did get used to it after a few rides no issues there, in fact, I found that when I put my visor all the way down but not lock it, it allows for great airflow into the helmet without it being heavy on my eyes. The painjob from AGV is great although that's personal preference of course. Overall I'm really impressed by this helmet and I would definitely recommend it to others. Only downside for me is that the chinbar is fairly close to my chin which makes mounting a microphone tricky without it hitting my chin/mouth when talking. I opted to mount my mic a little bit further to the side which seemed to resolve the issues for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from K6S Excellent helmet. Great upgrade from icon. Only thing is very hard to find visors. I.E photochromic ones to be exact. Only place was cheap Amazon ones.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from AGV K6 S Helmet Weight is unbelievably light...pin lock visor is a bit tricky with gloves on...and is visible while riding visor up..very comfortable and vents well..I have been riding shoei for years and this was a good choice for the price point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots to like Coming from a competitive brand that I’ve been buying for decades, it was a big deal to change. Super happy I did. The fist thing I noticed was the optics of both the clear and tinted visors are exceptional. Wide field of view is also great. Dark visor could definitely be darker. Very comfortable fit hot my shape. Vents work well. Helmet is stable at speed (I ride a hyper naked bike) Wind noise is noticeable, probably due to the large ear cutouts. I thought the visor lock mechanism would be awkward, but I was use to it quickly. Some air turbulence in front of the eyes which is not good when cold . But….I’d buy again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful helmet, expensive shields. Bought this to replace a K5S because it’s supposedly the lightest helmet on the market. I have a couple bad discs in my neck, so was looking for the lightest weight possible. Bought the same size as my K5S (XL) and weighed them. K6S 1493g. K5S 1726g. And I hadn’t put the pinlock in the 6 or transferred over the Sena unit and speakers. So would only be a few grams difference, if that. Phenomenal helmet, but if you have a K5S, don’t expect it to be much lighter. Decided to just keep my 5 and return it as I had all the different shields with pinlocks for it already, and the shields are ridiculously expensive for the 6. That’s the only reason for docking a star. Beautiful helmet though, amazing finish and comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would buy again Light. Great field of vision. Handles wind well and is quiet with visor down. Tight around jaw. Love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall very good helmet! I bought this helmet last year after previously having a Scorpion one. This was a splurge for me, but I would say it's worth it, as after breaking it in, the helmet is very comfortable and easy to put on. I have trouble with a lot of helmets hurting the back of my head and creating pressure points, but with this helmet, it very rarely happens. The only major downside to this helmet, as others have mentioned, is that the chin portion sits pretty close to my face, and my microphone touches my mouth when I talk. My nose also touches the upper plastic portion because of this, which I found slightly uncomfortable, because I found my previous scorpion one to be so spacious. I would say wind noise is also pretty strong with this helmet, in my experience. Although these are all minor flaws and I would recommend this helmet because I feel like a Power Ranger in it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Power Ranger Helmet Every Really good helmet, shell is very large compared to K1S or HJC RPHA. Fairly quiet and very comfortable, cardo is hard to mount and look clean but works, for some reason, the music in this (placement of speakers?) if really quiet. I love how comfy it is, but I usually just use my K1 or RPHA because the music is way louder in those than this. I tried multiple setups but cannot get volume this helmet, as such, I don't use it much. Also, with a tinted visor you look like a power ranger in this.

              Questions

Sorry for asking stupid question but...does it come with smoked visor as well?

              Asked by: RevKev

The size chart does not contain sizing for the K6 S nor do any have listing for M (all are MS or ML). Please advise what the sizing is for AGV K6 S.

              Asked by: Natalie
I had this issue when I purchased my helmet, I later went to the AGV website for the K6S helmet to get the proper sizing from their website. The sizing is, XS - 53-54 S - 55-56 M - 57-58 L - 59-60 XL - 61-62 XXL - 63-64 I’m personally between sizes, I ordered the medium first and it was too small. Returned it through fortnine with zero issues and ordered a large.
