Description
Features:
- Kits include all of the necessary components to repair a carburetor. ATV models with two carburetors include components to repair two carburetors.
- Kit includes all O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat. Some kits will not come with all of these items only the items that are applicable to each application.
- OEM jet sizes are included in the kit.
- NBR rubber material is used on all O-rings and rubber gaskets NBR has excellent resistance to the ethanol used in today’s fuels.
- Applications that use paper float bowl gaskets are upgraded to High Performance Interface Gasket material.
- Components included in the kits are based off of US models and discretion must be used when attempting to install the kit on a non US model.
- Off road use only.

Haven’t installed it yet, but if you’re expecting pilot mixture (PMS) thumbscrews for your Yamaha V Star 1100, you’re not going to get them with this. Circled in red is what the PMS screw looks like in the FortNine site vs what you actually get. It still has what appears to be what you need to rebuild, but you will still burn your knuckles when doing a lean drop to tune your carbs.

Good rebuild kit
Put this in my bike I just got after realizing the carbs hadn't been done in a long time. Ordered this kit, everything fit great like oem, all the parts needed were in it for both carbs. Bikes running great.

Perfect to rebuild carb
I bought this kit to rebuild my carb on my XV16AT '99 fit A1 work great easy to install and the Yamaha doesn't offer a full rebuild kit like this one.

DO NOT BUY based on web site picture or product #
The only reason I ordered this kit was the picture on the website showed that the PMS screw was the aftermarket version that is extended and has a knob so you can turn them without the specialty tool when tuning. The kit sent did not have this style of screw.

Waste of money. Cost me $400 in repairs
I rebuilt by carbs using this kit for my ZX9r. After re-assembling the carbs (and the bike) it would not run properly on all cylinders. After removing, cleaning and checking everything for over 2 days, i had to take my bike to a professional mechanic. After investigating the issue, he had to re-install the original OEM pilot jets as the supplied ones were the incorrect design/pitch. Once these were replaced, bike was back to normal. He told me this regularly happens with these kits and that's why he recommends staying away from them. Lesson learned. Kit is garbage.

Is this kit for only One carb or is the kit for all Four

Does the kit include the air mixture screw
Does this kit include the drain plugs for V-Star 650?
No. Drains are part of bowls wich would be classified as carb body and will never come in any carb rebuild kit. Would have to talk to your local dealer to replace those.
