Good jacket, fits one size small
I initially got my normal jacket size but had to go one up for this one, the fit is very tight in the chest (even more so than the v2) and especially if you buy back and chest armour separately. Negatives are that it gets quite hot, which is expected, and the collar is a bit stiff in the front. Otherwise it’s a great jacket and already feels broken in after a few weeks. The fit was better for me than the Dainese because the A* is a bit longer. Doesn’t restrict movement much and feels quite sturdy.

Durable?
Very comfortable, arms very flexible...but the zippers are small and the pattern are printed; I know they won't keep their good looks for long. I fear the zippers won't last long either. I replaced an old Alpinestar with this one because of broken zipper and they much larger than the old one.

Worth the money
Well made jacket, high quality materials. Well thought out design that is made to be comfortable when you are in sport riding position. It may feel snug across your chest when you try it on. When choosing size allow for clothing you wear when riding, and if you want to add the optional Nucleon KR2i back protector - size L fits the pocket in my size 52 jacket perfectly.
