Great Jacket for the Price
Recently purchased this jacket as a option for cold weather riding in Eastern Canadian Spring and Fall. So far have about 800km on my bike with this coat and nothing but positive to say. I have not been cold while wearing with liner in and a baselayer underneath in single digit rides at city and highway speeds. Hands, legs and feet have been cold but the coat has kept my core warm.
Like all Alpinestars gear, it feels well made and having a drystar membrane for waterproofing and a removable thermal liner at this price seems like a great deal. It does come with armor in the shoulders and elbows but nothing in the back protector area besides a pocket to add your own. I wish it was a option to purchase with the coat instead of ordering separately.
I ordered a size medium and at 5'7" 155lbs the fit is great for me. I could easily fit a couple of layers underneath and does not feel too big wearing just a t-shirt. 2 adjustment points on the sleeves at the cuff and bicep and another at the waist helps with this as well. In most other jackets for normal wear I wear a size small so it is a little small in sizing.

Great Buy!
I did some research prior and this jacket seemed to check all the boxes. Reviews were correct, order 1 size up. I'm 5'11" 200lbs and ordered a XL fits good and allows me to layer if needed. I saw reviews saying zipper was too small, I don't find that the case, it's easy to find and zip up. Jacket appears very well made, very solid/comfortable. I haven't ridden in the rain only windy/fall weather, and I can say it feels great, no wind gets in (with vents closed), I'm looking forward to trying in colder weather. Bonus I love the styling (camo/red). The only thing so far I don't like is the sleeve cuff is quite large (assuming to fit larger gloves) and when done up tighter it can look sloppy, but that's nitpicking.

Excellent manteau
Très beau manteau, excellente qualité.
Taille XL et je fais 5'10 pour 184lbs, le manteau me va parfaitement, peut-être juste le col qui me frotte un peu trop sous le menton.
Place pour mettre une protection dorsale
Fermeture éclair permettant d'attacher facilement le pantalon (J'ai le pantalon du même modèle donc je ne sais pas si c'est compatbile avec d'autres)

j'ai acheté un 5xl homme et ne me faisait pas alors qu'après j'ai acheté un 4xl femme can am qui devait être beaucoup plus petit et il me va comme un gant...c dommage de ne pas avoir de choix en xl chez vous qui fasse....ils ont les bras plus long mais pas de vrais xl

Super comfortable!
I bought this jacket a few weeks ago and love it. Even at 30 degrees Celsius, it’s not bad as long as you’re moving (50km/h +).
Allpinestars sizing chart was bang on for me at 5’7” and 150lbs for a size small. FortNine recommended a medium for me as they said that this jacket can run small. Medium was huge on me, especially around waist and belly. Fit is snug but perfect when arms are up like in riding position.
I added an Icon level 2 spine protector to replace the little piece of included foam that came with the jacket and I don’t even realize it’s there. I deducted a star because this wasn’t included.
I love the black/army green color but note that the army green is much lighter than shown and that the color shown on the sleeves and chest is the whole back of the jacket. This wasn’t clear in the pictures.

Ça fait quelques mois que je l’utilise et jusqu’à date c’est parfait, avec la doublure thermique jusqu’à 8 degré jetait encore confortable avec un manche longue, et jusqu’à 32 degré en t-shirt sans la doublure et les 4 trappes d’aération ouvertes.
Je mesure 6’3 et pèse 210 lbs le XL fit parfaitement. Léger et confortable.

Is this jacket compatible with one piece chest protectors? It didn't specify and I'd prefer to use a one piece as thats what I already have
There is one chest protector for each side separated by the zipper.

Where do you put the chest protectors? I see to pockets on the inside that look big enough but they are semi stitched closed.
