Good quality !
I've bought several neck "protection" for colder mornings..but this one looks and feel great. The upper part wrap your head tights with a very soft fabric, that fabric look like it's going to breath well under the helmet. The touring version also have a non-removable neck/shoulder liner in the same fabric but double with some thick/hot material. Overall it's look and feel great, but it's pricy.
