Fantastic for small hands!
It's extremely difficult to find attractive, quality, protective gloves for small hands. I got these in XS and the fingers started out too long and too tight, but that's exactly what you want for leather. I broke them in by shoveling gravel with them on, because the shovel handle is similar to the handlebar grips, and the leather stretched into the exact perfect fit for me.
I can't say enough good about these gloves, they feel fantastic and look awesome. I will buy them again when they wear out. The only wear I'm seeing so far is on the left palm grip, the rubberized coating is beginning to flake a little but I don't think it's a big deal. Images are from about a year of light use.

I chose these gloves because they seem protective, and they are also the only ones I found that do not make my hands look like gorilla's hands. I wore those gloves for their first ride last saturday (june 29) and the airflow was great. It rained, unfortunately, and when I removed my gloves I realized that my hands were stained blue because of the gloves. My boyfriend's alpinestars gloves (black) stained his hands too. Except from the staining, I really appreciate these gloves. The touchscreen conductive fingertips work great.
