Arai Pinlock 120 XLT Anti-fog Insert lens for the VAS-V IC Max Vision shield with Brow Vents.
Pinlock's top of the line fog resistant solution for professionals, developed to eliminate fogging in demanding weather conditions.
The Pinlock 120 creates a double shield system through a silicon seal between the helmet face shield and Pinlock insert lens, which makes up a double glass type of solution that prevents fogging. The insert is made of a moisture absorbing plastic and therefore, the surface basically dry when used. This air-tight pocket ensures that the difference in temperature becomes significantly lowered. The Pinlock insert absorbs moisture on the inside and offers you continuous clear visibility.

it gets dark fast
easy to fit, hardly any fogging so it works perfectly and easy to clean. It darkens and lightens quickly, in my own opinion I would like it darker, but I am very happy

Lorsque exposé au soleil la teinte est vraiment très pâle. Comme un gris clair. Je m’attendais à quelque chose d’un peu plus foncé. C’est comme une vitre teintée de voiture à 50%.

Description not accurate
Great service as always. Would have had 5 stars except the description online said clear to dark smoke. It’s actually light smoke which is ok but not a deep tint as expected. I researched it and the dark smoke is not available from pinlock. If riding into bright sunlight you will still need sunglasses.

No Fog
Riding in cooler conditions, my visor fogged all the time, even with helmet vents open. I had to resort to cracking my visor open just to see clearly. Not any more! This installs easily to creates a second layer which has completely eliminated the fogging.

Correct par temps couvert, mais insuffisant par so
J’ai testé ce produit toutes la saison 2023. Par temps couvert, mais un peu trop clair, c’est une juste protection. Par temps plein soleil, toutefois, c’est nettement insuffisant. J’ai dû porter mes lunettes dans la majorité des cas. Je considère ça comme un bonne option si le temps change et que vous n’avez pas prévu de lunettes fumées. Autrement dit. Ça dépanne.
