The latest expression of the ultimate off-road helmet, the brand new VX-Pro4 evolved from the much-loved VX-Pro3 model. So it's still the perfect choice for MX, enduro and off-road use. Just as in every Arai helmet, the basic and simple organic shell shape is based on the R75 shape concept. The absence of exaggerated edges or protrusions on the shell should not be mistaken for a lack of imagination. It's a visual demonstration of our commitment to maintaining the integrity of the shell with real-world impact performance.
Helmet Shell:
- CLC (complex Laminate construction) contains a specially designed composite fiber that is sandwiched between the two layers of Super Fiber Laminate. The composite fiber acts as a reinforcement layer without adding significantly to the weight of the helmet
FCS (Facial Contour System):
- To offer an even better snug fit and enhance the comfort to the lower jaw, the Facial Contour System (FCS) works with a foam spring support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds as you remove or put on the helmet
Ventilation:
- Easy to clean diffusers create a strong venturi vacuum at the rear. Center top vent for increased airflow. Under-peak air intake collects en directs cool air into the helmet. Inner chin vent shutter prevents debris coming into the helmet in dusty riding conditions. Goggle ventilation and lower side vents
Peak:
- The Arai peak scavenges and forces air into the forehead vent ports for cooling while at the same time using multiple relief-ports to reduce "lifting" at higher speeds
Dry-Cool Liner:
- The completely removable and washable Dry-Cool interior lining is developed for and tested in MotoGP. It uses micro water cells to improve moisture and heat transfer from the head to the airflow and dries much faster than conventional textiles. Keeps your head cooler and dryer during a long ride
Interior Shape:
- Intermediate Oval - This shape is designed for the rider whose head has a front-to-back dimension that is longer than the side-to-side dimension. This is a neutral head-shape design which tends to fit most riders well
The Arai VX Pro 4 Helmet is SNELL M2015 and DOT-rated.

Arai helmet
I have been using Arai helmets for many years because of their build quality and comfort. The graphics are awesome and the fit/finish is second to none. I fell backwards in a rocky stream bed a few weeks ago and other than a couple of chips in the gelcote there was no damage done.

Best quality you can get!!
I've had two VX-pro 3's in the past,one of which saved me from serious head trauma. So I am a believer in the build quality of the Arai's, so I bought the new VX-pro 4, it has the same awesome fit that I've come to expect and the finish on it is beautiful almost to nice to use.

Perfect in every respect
When you find a helmet that disappears from your awareness when worn, you have found the right helmet. Arai, not only protects the best, you literally forget you are wearing it. It's worth the money. Your coconut is the only one you have. To say you should protect it with your life. Is the truth. You can buy less expensive but if you ride to compete. Don't. Protect your most valuable assets. Head and hands, feet and knees.

Excellent fit and finish!
This is my first Arai off road helmet. Very impressed with the overall comfort and quietness. However I have always been a medium with every other brand but needed a large in the VX-PRO 4.
