Just what I needed
My new helmet came with the 7mm liner and became painful after a 15 minute ride.
With this 5mm liner it feels perfect, still tight, but good tight.
Great product. Nice to have the option to "micro fit" your helmet.

Questions
I have a medium XD4 helmet that is too small but the Arai person told me the outer shell is the same for both medium and large XD4 so which helmet liner do I order to go from medium to large. A specific graphic was sold out in L but available in M.
Change the inner lining of the helmet. I bought a small, but it ended up a little tight, so I bought a thinner liner. Now it fits great..
