Grips worked as advertised once I got them install
Had to adjust the area where the left hand grip is held by the left side switch area.
Minor removal of some of the lower retention ring was required to get it to fit the retention groove in the switch housing. Had to extend the wiring harness a bit as well to facillitate a clean install on our 2004 heritage. Overall happy with the way they work

A waste of money.
I wish I never would have bought these and then paid to have them installed on my Electra Glide Ultra Classic.
I cannot even feel the heat, when on high, through my gloves. A total waste of money!!

Nice grips for new installation
Bought these for a 2017 Indian Roadmaster. Nice quality heated grips but cannot be integrated to existing heat controls, therefore need to install new wiring and switch which are included. Also, customer assistance from Avon seems non existant (tried multiple times with 0 replies)

I recommend over the HD version. Grips get hotter and they are half the cost. Hi/Low are the only options which would be the only downfall. The HD grips have 1-5 for options but not worth the cost IMO
