Worth every penny
I did 1275 hammer build on my sportster this winter and was a little disappointed while breaking in the engine with the V&H short shots that were on it. It seemed to be lacking low end torque. I spent about a month researching and doing exhaust comparisons until I finally jumped on this one.
When I first turned it on it immediately made me feel inappropriate feeling towards my bike. The extremely deep rumble sent chills through my body, it wasn’t just loud, it was mean. It sounded like a monster where the short shots just sounded like a generic Harley.
I pulled onto my street and gave it 1/4 throttle in 2nd gear and it sent me to the back of my seat. This pipe woke up the 1275 kit in an almost scary way, it gave me what I was hoping for when I bought the hammer kit to begin with. I haven’t auto tuned the bike yet to optimize it for the new pipe, but the performance can only go up from here.
The pipe is louder than I expected. Probably louder than the short shots, but it’s less annoying because of it being a deeper sound in my opinion.
If you have done anything to your bike and are looking for a 2-into-1, then look no further.

Love the sound and look but hated the install!!
I have forward controls on my 08 sportster 1275. I actually had to use and angel grinder to grind some of the control arm down so the pipe would not rub!!! Love the aggressive sound, I went to these for more torque from the short shots after my top end build, apart form the install they are great!!

Great sound and increased performance
Well manufactured product from Bassani. You will need to check with them for specific fitment.Take care with the flat black finish on heat shields during install. A fuel map download or tuner is required for a new full exhaust system

This exhaust is amazing!!! Sounds mean and looks awesome!!! packed it perfectly and shipping was a breeze!!! Money well spent with the right people thanks fortnine. Install was easy just make sure you have new gaskets if yours are old they don't give you those but everything else is there.
