Bullitt smoke shield
Switching visors on this helmet is an easy, two minute affair. The tint on this visor is enough to stop glare like regular sunglasses, but still clear enough to be used at dusk. The bubble makes this look like a completely different helmet than the flat visor, which makes a nice change.

Great match for Bullitt TT
Bought the gold iridium shield shortly after getting the Bullitt TT. Looks great with the helmet, easy to change, very pleased with my purchase. One downside, is the cost of the Bullitt's shield.

Very Happy with product Bell Bubble iridium Gold .... Looks Awesome .... Don't have any problems with glare and leather tab makes it easy to open on the fly with gloves on

Amber gradient- Very light tint
The bubble looks really cool and has a very nice retro/spaceman look to it. For the Amber gradient, it is very light. There is a slight tint at the top of the shield, and it fades to clear by the bottom. There is less tint than I thought there would be, and it is much lighter than the pictures indicate. It does, however, help with the sun and cuts some of the glare. It is definitely better than not having any tint at all, but if you are looking for a significant tint, this is not the visor for you. The shape is nice and does a good job of deflecting the wind, it is much better than the flat visor in that sense. Makes your head less rattly in the wind at higher speeds. Overall, a very good mask.

Shield swap
It made a huge difference going from standard shield to bubble shield. From city use only to city+highway use, quieter due to shape and seal.

Much quieter
Only used a couple times because the weather is still sketchy.
Definitely seals better than stock haven't checked it in the rain yet. the extra room makes me feel like there is a force feild around my face.. not to interested in testing that theory. Gold iridium works great in the bright light, I don't feel the need for sunglasses but it my be too dark for night riding. Will bring my clear shield for a quick change just in case . Two screws , easy peezy change. I was worried it would look dorky, but it's pretty bad a**

Questions
Do these face shields offer any UV protection?
I think all tinted shields from big manufacturers include some form of UV protection - though I cannot say for sure. I use the brown tinted bubble shield with sunglasses and have never gotten a sunburn if that is what you are asking about.
