Bell Panovision Protint Transitions Photochromic Shield Item # 522803
Description
Transitions Photochromatic shields automatically adjusts to light conditions, darkening when exposed to sunlight and clearing in low light. It eliminates the need to change between tinted and clear shields when riding in the light of day, the darkness of night and anything in between.
The Panovision viewport in the 2016 Star offers riders additional vertical and lateral visibility over the previous Star and more traditional viewports. This allows the rider to see better in a tight or tucked position and make safer lane changes and head-checks.
Compatible with Bell helmets:
Race Star
Pro Star
Star 2016+
SRT
SRT Modular

Awesome shieldI have to wear glasses when riding so having a shield that adjusts to light variations is an option that is welcomed. It works like it says.

Works Great, totally worth it!Works as expected, like many others, I wish it was a little more tinted but it's not a big deal. Not carrying another visor is totally worth it.

Good, but not dark enoughI got this shield with the helmet, so it's OK. But for me it is not dark enough on the sunny day, especially with the sun lower on horizon. For other occasions it is fine. It also fogs.
