Great Touring/ Track helmet
This was my first premium helmet. I chose it for the high quality interior and full carbon fiber shell.
All my helmets until now have had drop down visors, a must have in my opinion if you ride everyday. But the included protint (transitions lens) visor is a revelation. The field of view in enormous, clarity is perfect and during the day it's full black and looks great. It will gradually lighten to clear as the sun goes down and back to full clear if you end up riding in the evening. No need to carry a spare visor.
This helmet is loud at high speeds. I get a lot of buffeting on the highway and had to invest in some quality hearing protection. It fits my Cardo Pack talk slim with no modification and it a snug, race fit. It will definitely mess up your hair if you're wearing to too and from work.
Because thit helmet has no drop down visor, it has no abnormalities in shell pretection and has earned a Snell rating as well as DOT. This will get you onto any track should you be so inclined.
All in all I love this helmet for its everyday, every use versatility. Perfect for work commutes, summer rides and track days alike.
