looks great
works great. nice and bright, nice metal casing too. it was maybe a half-centimetre too wide for the mounting brackets but i managed to jam it in there anyway.

Very Solid
High quality construction and very easy to install. I replaced my Gladius alien eye headlight with this one and it changed the whole look of the bike. Would definitely recommend this light. I am impressed with the bikemaster products.

Good Quality
Bought this as a replacement headlight for an 83 Gl1100 Aspencade which I am trying to make into a 83 Gl1100 Standard look alike. It looks amazingly like the OEM standard headlight and is chromed steel with a glass lens. Mounts up easily. Have yet to use it on the road but so far am very happy with this purchase.

I am looking at swapping the headlight out of my 2016 Vulcan S because the stock headlight is so ugly. Would I be able to purchase this just for the housing and put my stock bulb with no Wiring Changes from the Vulcan S into it or would it not fit ?
Most bikes have a three prong plug that connects the light to the wiring. I put this light on my Gladius and I took off the old light and the new light plugged into my wiring. I did not have to make any wiring changes but you will need new mounts for the new light. I doubt it will work with the mounts for the stock light. With new mounts and as long as you have a three prong plug in your stock wiring, the new light should be plug and play.
