better than what came with the bike
I put these on my Blue Suzuki RV200 to try to dampen the thumper, but i didnt notice a difference, I gave it 4 stars because it is a quality built product and Fort Nine provided a good experience. NOTE: the blue is a lot paler than Suzuki Blue

These absolutely do not fit the Indian scout as stipulated by this site's recommendations. Furthermore the weight snapped in half, half inside the bar so now I can't install anything.

Garbage product
Not heavy enough to do anything about vibrations, and the rubber expander piece is absolute trash! cant even tighten down enough to stop it from spinning, tried to remove after and the entire rubber piece stayed inside the bars and pulled right off the bolt....waste of money to say the least

Nice knobs.
The anti-vibration bar ends were just the ticket, I bought a pair of black ones and a pair of silver for an '89 GB400 TT I sold to a friend for her first bike. They function as promised, both look terrific on her ride and she's trying to decide which ones to use. You can't go wrong with these, they're inexpensive and add a little cachet to the old girl- the bike, not her.

Surprisingly effective!
I bought these bar ends because I put Bobber grips on my bike and realized they aren't capped. Glad it happened because these bar ends have actually decreased vibration and numbness in my hands!

Would these fit a 5/8 aftermarket KLX250S Renthal handle bar?
This item is not bike specific. You don't need to know what the internal diameter is, just order your bar size. A sport bike is most likely 7/8". However, they will probably not fit your Renthal bars without boring out the inside of the bar.

I have 7/8 bars,will the knurling on the knob ends let me slide the bar ends inside of the throttle assemble and the clutch side grip. I hope to dual purpose these items as a kind of handle bar width extender. Hope this makes sense.
No, these are only to somewhat dampen vibration. They sre not a safe way to have wider bar.
