All the stands of this type are average quality. If you want a solid work stand buy a one-piece unit. Mine arrived with a plastic foot cracked but a call to BikeMaster and they had one shipped to me at no charge. At full lift when the mechanism locks into place the stand (and bike) will lean slightly in the opposite direction. I used adhesive to install 2 plastic pads under the 2 feet opposite the mechanism @1/4" thick...this solved that problem. I use mine in a van to support a 150lbs trials motorcycle so it doesn't work very hard. I would recommend one since the others really aren't much better. Just fix these small issues, don't use it on a 400lbs bike, and live happily ever after!

Simple to use and meets the purpose...
Good workmanship and easy to use. My bike is pretty light and the lift works with very little effort and comes down without any drama. I can use this to do simple maintenance (lubricate chain, mainly). You would not want to really be wrenching and have the bike tip over. Therefore, I am going to try to lash it down a bit with freight straps and hope that will work better. A larger, more expensive lift might be less prone to wobble, but that's more money. This lift meets my needs.

I’m not strong at all and this makes it easy to lift my 450 excf with my weight on the lifting pedal.
But, I’m not sure if the cylinder is ok… it doesn’t go down easily

Does the job for the price
I got a CRF300l, and it does the job for the price the lift is.
The reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 are:
-I would like a little bit more travel from the lift, the bike barely clears the ground when jacked up.
-I would appreciate a plate just a bit larger.

C’est rough un peux comme produit(soudures, certains morceaux on de la rouille de surface)
Effectivement comme les autre s reviews disent le plateau est limite en terme de largeur. (J’ai un crf 300l) et le lift a pas un gros travel pour monter.
Par contre ça fait en masse la job pour le prix.
