Destroys the filter
This tool is way too big for a ninja 300 filter so it has a poor angle and it digs into the oil filter.
At least it did not pierce it, so it can be used to remove an old filter but I would never use this to put a new one back in.

Difficult to use
This oil filter wrench is too difficult to use, especially when working on a filter that is somewhat obscured in terms of visibility, and has limited access for the wrench required to turn this device. It slips off very easily, and threatens to fall into the oil pan positioned underneath it! I ended up buying a strap wrench.
