Rated 4 out of 5 by from BikeMaster Heated Grips Perfect, work as expect, not the most beautiful control but for the price it is good enough for me. These are really tite fit and both are identical.(no right and left so the cables exit in opposite way when on the bike)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the price. I wanted to replace my grips regardless and saw the price of these and thought I would go heated. They work well, are nice looking grips and the install was straight forward and easy. They don't get as hot as I thought they would so I need them on high to feel the heat through my gloves but do make cold weather riding more comfortable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor fitment and Weak Heat Output I honestly didn't expect really great fitment. Aftermarket bike parts in this price range can be a little hit and miss on the QC. That being said, I was pretty shocked to see how SLOW these warm up (5 minutes) and how mediocre the heat level was. I'm not even sure that I will be able to feel these while wearing gloves. They barely kept my bare hands warm on a cool fall evening while test fitting them (around 12 degrees C). Only good thing about them is the build quality of the cables, clips, and grip texture seem to be pretty good. They also don't appear to have an off switch built into them according the to instructions - they tell you to tap into your wiring harness for the ignition key (??? really??) I wired it right to the battery with a switch I had lying around. I'm forced to keep these now since the fitment was so poor I'll never get the one side off without damaging it and the throttle side will have tons of glue residue due to the loose fit. I'm a pretty upset I can't return these really poorly designed grips. I'm adding this review in an effort to help any other potential buys who were tricked by these other 5 star reviews that were obviously written before they actually bothered to use the grips in cold conditions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Installed a couple of weeks ago, have used them a dozen times since then. Installation was quite easy, look on youtube for good examples. Very nice to use, really like the small footprint and simple operation of the controlpad. Very good value compared to competition

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointed by the Heat Output Installation was complicate due to the need to trim and narrow the throttle tube before these would slide on. The part that I'm most unhappy with is that these barely get warm, running them on 'high' for 5 minutes I can tell that they are running when I hold them with bare hands, but the output is so low that I doubt a person could feel them through any glove. Certainly not as warm as the Symtec heat demons that I had before this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bang for buck I’ve had quite a few bikes and quads in my day and always chosen Oxford Heaterz for my genetically wussy hands in cold weather, thanks Dad. These are about $50 cheaper, so I rolled the dice because my 3 kids are expensive. Back to the review... if you want to melt your gloves and grips together, these are the grips for you. There are 5 heat settings and using anything past setting 3 is approaching 1st degree burn territory. What I am trying to say is that they work excellent and install easily.

The throttle side is 1 inch diameter seven eights on the left side is there two different grips

                  Asked by: vern
The grips are two different sizes - the throttle-side grip is made in order to accommodate the throttle tube.

Hello, for the left grips the inner diameter is probably 7/8" for an 7/8" handle bar. What is the inner diameter of the throttle grip since you have the throttle sleeve?

                  Asked by: Math
Just installed on a DR650. Right side is larger and is about 1 1/4". Don't know if it is standard, but it fitted my original throttle tube. Left side is about 7/8". Both are a bit of a struggle to fit since they are really tight, but they do fit... and won't slip out riding them.
