Two for Harley 1200 Iron, AWESOME!
I bought the first on a few years ago, planning on lifting my previous bike (2017 Honda Rebel). No real frame points on that one. Sat on my shelf until I recently purchased a 2021 HD 1200 Iron. Frame configuration looked great for two Bike Master Center Jacks! I can safely lift it high off the floor and store it the for the `non riding `season. EXCELLENT!

Great product
I bought this jack last month and it came within two weeks.Well built robust with a non-skid rubber pad on the top and two rubber coated saddles to grab the frame tubes of the bike. These saddles are adjustable and have a locking thumb screws to stop things from moving.The lifting screw mechanism works smoothly. All in all happy with this tool. Just a further mention that the staff goes above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction..Thank you all and hey a Canadian company right here in Montreal plus transactions in Canuc Bucks too. Don't buy this.
My neighbour bought this same jack, painted blue, from another retailer. Absolutely identical in every way. It was a piece of junk. I made the mistake of borrowing it. When changing wheels on a V-Star, it failed and dropped an 800lb bike on my hand. I only bought this <insert expletive here> to replace the one that failed while in my care. (Standard protocol: break it, replace it)
I also bought a proper jack for my own garage. I have convinced that same neighbour to borrow my jack instead of risking using his own.
My thumbnail still hasn't grown back yet.....

What is the maximum height with and without brackets?
The jack arm raises the bike from 3-1/2" to 16" high.

What is the max width the frame support brackets can be extended to? My V Star 1100 is 13-14 inches wide
Center to center of brackets when fully extended is 15 inches . I couldn't use them on my Ultra Classic Harley , because of the height ; so , I took the brackets off and used the center jack by itself to lift my Harley . The total lenght of the jack is 17 and 3/4 inches .
