Does the job, be patient.
This will require some finesse on assembly as the pieces don't really fit that well together. Take your time and assemble it as the original design intended. Assemble but don't tighten any fasteners until you can get alignment which will likely include bending the mounting tabs on the upper an lower rings to get the proper angle. (Keep in mind the material and labor to make your own would be a more money, have patience, and it should come together ok.)
Once aligned, assembled and tightened up, I attached mine to a sheet of plywood and tie wrapped an inner tube to the upper ring where the wheel rim contacts the changer. I've used it and I was happy with the additional assistance it provides over changing a tire without it. Will continue to use it and offer it for my pals to use.

some problems on assembly
Just noticed on assembly the welded brackets were slightly off centre on the upper and lower rings which caused some problems attaching the 4 support brackets, the holes did not line up 100% correctly. However it did go together under a bit of stress. Looking forward to using it in the future.

Get what you pay for
I've used it a couple times times now and it does make tire changing easier, it's definitely poorly made. Like everyone else says you have to clamp and hammer the tabs together so they line up for bolts. It's not a miracle tool but again it makes it easier.

BikeMaster Tire Change Stand with Bead Breaker
Did my first tire change with this puppy yesterday.
Assembling was difficult. Quality control on the welds is awful; the "legs" don't line up. I ended up using clamps to squeeze things close enough that the bolts would fasten. The whole unit is under tremendous tension, and I'm afraid the welds will let go. Really unimpressed with the construction.
However, once beaten into assembly, the unit works as advertised and certainly made the job much easier than wrestling with the tire and rim by hand.
Long story short, I'm not going to go through the hassle of trying to disassemble and return it, but I wouldn't buy it again. There must be better options on the market.

Too basic for rigid sidewalls
I should have saved my money and bought something more suited for large adventure motorcycle tires with very rigid sidewall.

Excellent
Excellent buy. Just need to secure it down to table when using it to change tires. Also need the center bolt size to be listed in the description. The bolt diameter is just slighty larger than 15mm and had to be machined down to 15mm for the rims I have.

Breaks the bead easily
The bead breaker worked well to remove a 180 sport bike tire from a 17" rim. You have to go slow and adjust the ram so you don't scratch your rim. Probably best to use some form of rim protector when breaking the bead. The stand made it easier to remove the tire from the rim. I bolted my tire changer to a solid bench to make things better.
As for assembly.....best to use a couple of pairs of vise grips to hold the plates in place when you tighten the bolts down.

Bead breaker arm and shoe bent, cheap construction. Save your money! Belongs in the dump.

Questions
What is the purpose of the big pin below the bead braker mounting bolt?
It allows you to set the tire iron in place, whilst using another one to mount a tire:

Does it come with everything you need ? I don't see a tire bar. Am i missing something?
Comes with bead breaker but no tire irons. I use it for installing tire mousse.
