Poor Quality
Wire pulled through handle on first use with moderate pressure. This was the aluminum handle verson. Does not work as advertised.

Works Great
I have the puller with the red loop handle. It works great. I have used it many times with no issues. I read a bunch of the reviews on Fortnine and I would have to say that the model I have is a “new and improved” version. I don’t see any quality issues with it. Seams sturdy.

Garbage
Handle separated on the second tire. Very disappointed to even have had this as an option to purchase
Save your money and do not bother with it

came appart. :-( -Great service from FortNine
When I first used it to unscrew the valve the two parts of the brass portion came appart.
I put it back together with "locktite" leaving enough room for the wire to turn.
On the second try the whole wire came out while tugging the valve stem through it's hole. Having used valve pullers in the past, no way was I pulling enough for it to come appart. The wire seems to have pulled out through it's clamp...
The customer service was great with a quick response and excellent service

Avoid the Aluminum handle
Having used a friends previously when upgrading the tires on my bike, I was sold on the need for such a tool.
However this one had no stamina, and fell apart in one tug.

UNHAPPY
I was excited to have this new tool to help repair tires. I even called over two buddies to the dirtbike trailer to see how awesome this little tools was going to be. It fell apart in the first 10 seconds and is now in the garbage
