Not disappointed
I recently purchased the cone filters for my project bike. They are exactly what I hoped for. I haven't started it yet, but I have made previous purchases and haven't had a single problem with them. I have Fortnine down as a trusted supplier.

Pod filter
the filter fits well but the clamp that came with it is too small and will not even go around the carb opening so I had to purchase a larger one. as far as recommending it I would with the proviso that you need to buy a clamp

Does the "neck" size correspond to the inside diameter of the opening that fits on the carburetor?
Yes it's the inside diameter of the filter. Outside of the carb.
