This is a poorly manufactured product. Many issues
Tank arrived, great shipping and packaging.
1. Tank when pressure tested had many holes, pressure test and rewelding cost $350.00
2. the welds are poor and large and protruding, cannot grind them down or holes appear, found this out and had to have them rewelded.
3. the fitting is welded on crooked and had to be adjusted when dry fitted on the bike.
4. the tank is crafted 1/4 inch off center and visible once the custom seat arrived to fit wit it.
5. the arch on the bottom end is offset and short on one side by 1/2 inch. and flares out to the right side by 1/4 inch.
6. the bungs for the gas cap and fuel gauge are raised instead of counter sunk as stock harley ones are, had to be fixed.
7. the general shape is offset, not the same curve left to right, and its not even smooth curves.
8. this tank requires extreme work to make it a finish product with layers of DuraGlass, fiberglass mesh and welded metal piece to curve it properly.
9. must get the inside coated after a thorough cleaning as it insta rusts in humid spaces.
10. return it if you bought one before you do even any work like a pressure test and reweld or you cant get a refund.
