Great piece but unfortunately does not fit Quebec plates without having to make new holes in the plate itself.

Questions
Is this just 2 bolts that go into back fender and stand license plate up? If so what’s the measurements between the 2 bolts?
There are 2 bolts 1 3/8 apart with a third centered between the others and about an inch higher. This bracket fits into the stock fender holes.
