Brake fluid condistion tester.

Instructions:

1. The initial value must be set before the test functions
2. Unfold the test probe and clean both electrodes before using
3. Dip the test probe into new brake fluid and then press the button
4. At the same time, use a Phillips screwdriver to adjust counterclockwise until the green light is on
