Excellent Fit
It’s a purpose built socket for the job. The shallow design keeps the force from a ratchet or similar close to the nut. With a normal socket, the socket would extend outward about 3/4 of inch and this increase the chance of the socket wanting to slide off. The rear wheel nut on my Monster 1200s is a 55mm, so this is a bit hard to find in a normal socket, let alone a shallow design with the ability to use an impact gun. I got this one because it is steel. There are aluminum alloy sockets available, but I would get this socket because it is made of steel.
