Description
With BikeYoke Yokes, BikeYoke offers a clever solution that allows you to replace your Specialized rear shock with a regular standard sized shock.
The Yokes are CNC-machined from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized in a stylish black finish. Moreover, a decent laser engraving of the branding gives the product an extra classy look.
Converting the Yoke is fairly easy, as all the necessary parts are included in the scope of delivery or can be taken directly from the bike.
Compatibility:

Matching Shock Dimensions:
- 190 x 51 mm (7.5" x 2.0")
- 190 x 45 mm (rear travel will be reduced by approximately 10-12 mm)

Note: The frame design of the Specialized Epic only allows shocks with a relatively small air can diameter, as is the case with the original shock. Therefore, not all aftermarket shocks are compatible.
The smaller the frame size, the less space remains for the air can. BikeYoke therefore recommends using the X-Fusion Microlite or a similarly small shock. For the Epic, make sure that the diameter of the air can is as small as possible.
With an X-Fusion Microlite, BikeYoke can guarantee that it will fit in the frame even on the smallest frame size. If you want to use a different shock, you must make sure that there is enough space between the frame and the air can over the entire suspension travel.
