Due to their minimal backsweep and sub-5-inch rise, Biltwell Moto bars fit best on bikes with a short backbone between the seat and the frame's head tube. Think late-model Sportsters, Hinckley Triumphs, Yamaha XS650s and Honda CB750s. If you're going for the pure scrambler look, consider mating Biltwell Moto bars with a set of Slimline or Thunder risers. Do these bars not come dimpled? Or is slotted/dimpled the same thing?
No, they do not come dimpled. Dimpled bars are used on 1982-up Harley models to allow clearance for the wiring. Drilled/Slotted handlebars have cutouts near the controls and at the bottom of the bars to allow the wiring to run inside the bars for a cleaner look.
