Description
The top-selling handlebar in Biltwell range, and for good reason. Biltwell Tracker bars come in two O.D.'s and three heights, and look great in any stock or aftermarket riser you can imagine. 4130 chromoly construction, chrome or black electroplated finish for looks and durability.
With a backsweep less severe than most stock handlebars, any Tracker in Biltwell range is a great replacement for riders who want to ditch the wheelbarrow feel of OE bars. When people ask for Biltwell advice on which Tracker to mate with any given Murdock riser, Biltwell recommend building a combo that puts your hands slightly below or even with the height of your shoulders when you're sitting comfortably on your motorcycle. Hands higher than shoulder height is popular, but it's a position better suited for experienced riders. If the cables and control wires on your bike prohibit going too tall or wide with your bars, combine Biltwell low or mid Tracker with some Slimline or Thunder risers for a clean, race-inspired, comfortable cockpit.

Very well built and fast delivery!
I bought these awhile ago and I've been very happy with them. They're well built and they place my hands right were I want them. For all the bars I've bought and tried, I've found Biltwell to use the thickest tubing out there. These bars do not flex and transfer a minimum amount of vibrations to the grips. Knowing what I know now, if I had to chose all over again, I would buy these without a moment of hesitation.
And, as always, Canada Motorcycle ships super fast and right to my door (see other pic).

Ok handlebar
Bought in the spring and used all summer. Nice sturdy bar for sure but the paint quality is the worst I've ever seen! Just a few weeks of riding and the nice black paint starts to fade. It chips away from pretty much just bugs hitting it. By the end of the season the paint is so faded you would never guess it was brand new just a few months ago. First biltwell bar I've bought and probably the last.

Perfect fit and finish!
Put this bar ontop of the drag specialty 8” risers, used stock riser clamp. Cheap west coast look, with hardly any pullback whatsoever, more of a moto/mx feel, and sturdy and reliable.
Built well. Put in poly bushings if you are popping wheelies!

Had mini apes previously and these are just night and day different....my bike handles so much better now (especially corners) less vibration more control and they just look absolutely sexy...

I put the Biltwell Tracker bar on my 02 Sporty Roadster. It's basically the same as the stock bar but a couple inch narrower and much flatter. I wanted a cafe racer look to impress worth honeys, plus since that probably won't work I figured I could spend my 'date' money on something that looked nice.
The bar is dimpled for your wires, but it is not drilled for the external wire clips. You could drill the four holes if ya really wanted to but zip ties work just the same. The bar is not knurled but once you torque the top clamp down it doesn't move. I sanded off the powdercoat and polished the throttle section with some fine emery. It seemed to be binding just a tad but its smooth as greased nuts after a quick rubba-dubba-do with the ol' gritty paper.
I flipped my mirrors for that extra cool look, and the left mirror just clears the tank with stock risers and some slight rotating of the bar. Good powder coating, seems to hold up nice.
One slight draw back was that the bar is much lighter than stock and that translated to a lot of vibrations at speed. I swapped the bushings back to the stock rubber ones (had hard ploy ones for da' old risers) and this seemed to fix the issue. So yeah, the off-shore / USA Biltwell empire of chopper parts supplies yet another quality product.
No complaints. Get a torque wrench and a manual.

How wide is the flat part in the bars ? I have a 13 blackline and I need 5.5” for my risers
Depends on the style. The smooth options have a center width of 5 1/2 inches and the slotted have a center width of 5 inches.
