Description
These handlebars are constructed with seamless CNC mandrel bent 0.120" wall 4130 chromoly tubes. Available smooth or dimpled to accept OEM Harley-Davidson hand controls.
Biltwell don't knurl Biltwell bars because doing so reduces the surface area where the handlebar makes contact with the risers, thereby compromising clamping power. Stock and aftermarket steel risers commonly found on cruisers and custom big twins have a material density 4 times greater than aluminum. This density doesn't let knurling bite into the riser material, which in turn compromises clamping strength.

Better than the Amazon specials
Haven't been able to actually ride with these bars yet, but paired with some 8" drag specialties risers the bike feels much more comfortable. Extremely well made. Even the inside is powder coated so rot won't be a problem. All of the hard edges are beveled so there is no sharp edges rubbing against either the wires that will sit in the notch, or the inside of your grips.

Great Little Bar!
I'm usually pleased with Biltwell stuff and this bar is no exception. While it ended up being too short for the project I was working on, it was perfect for a different bike!
