                  Description

Murdock risers for Harley big twins are available in straight and pullback models and a broad range of rises. Investment-cast clamps, TIG-welded chromoly uprights and CNC lathe-turned mounting bases create a handlebar riser with unrivaled stiffness and strength for aggressive, technical and high-speed riding.

When we introduced our Murdock risers to the custom H-D scene, "club-style" Harleys were just gaining traction among high-performance riders on both coasts. Our precision-crafted chromoly steel riser became a top choice among high-speed Dyna and Sportster riders. The 12 o'clock wheelie and tire-smoking crowd appreciated Murdock's stiffness and reliability compared to cast or CNC'ed aluminum risers instantly. Combined with any handlebar from our Tracker or Moto line, Murdock risers create a cockpit you can depend on for life in the fast lane.

                  Features:

                  • Investment-cast one-piece steel bar clamp accepts 1-inch O.D. handlebars
                  • 0.120-inch (3mm) wall x 1" O.D. 4130 chromoly uprights
                  • CNC lathe-turned mounting bases accept 1/2-13 t.p.i. stock and aftermarket mounting hardware
                  • Mounting holes on 3.5-inch centers to fit most stock and select aftermarket H-D fork trees
                  • Pullback Murdock risers feature mandrel-bent uprights for two inches of rearward bar offset—perfect for reducing reach for shorter riders
                  • TIG welded and hand polished before polishing
                  • Black electroplate and mirror chrome-plated finishes available
                  • Stainless-steel 5/16-18 t.p.i. bar clamp hardware

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does not fit Roadster sportster Dope risers, but keep in mind that they do not fit on the Roadster triple clamp. You'll need to grind the bottom to make them fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Buy!!! I ordered the 6" risers for my Sportster. The finish is excellent, they fit perfectly and were easy to install. I'm 6'2" and these risers made my bike more comfortable to ride.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Finish it terrible Pulled these and a set of biltwell bars out of the box, put them on my bike for mock up and the powder coat is already scratched to hell. Can see the bare metal underneath. Quality of the powder is terrible, I’ve seen spray paint hold up better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Finish doesn't stand up I picked up these risers last Spring and I was really happy with them to begin with. They are sturdy and looked great, unfortunately, three months later the finish had faded to a dull black. I was pretty disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from There good There good risers. I only got the 6” because they didn’t have any 8”. I still wish I would have got 8”

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2011 STREET BOB If you plan on buying these risers for a 2011 street bob, make sure you buy a top triple tree clamp. These risers will not work with the stock top triple tree. I learned this the hard way. After getting the proper top triple tree clamp, installing the risers and bars I must say I really enjoy the set up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted The stock bars on my bike were very uncomfortable for me and I went with these Builtwell risers. They are perfect and I mated them to Drag bars for the perfect handling combo.

                  Questions

With the 10” risers , do you need an extended clutch cable/ brake line and do you need to extend any wires? For an 07 night train

                  Asked by: Nighttrain07
Yes, you would most likely need extended cables if you put a 10" rise on, depending on the length of your current cables

will the murdock risers fit a 1998 springer front end

                  Asked by: dblz
They are universal risers with no confirmed fitments. You would need to check the product dimensions for compatibility with your current set up.
