Installation Tips: Biltwell recommend using WD-40 to install the grips and suggest letting them dry overnight. Adding a ring of safety wire on each end is a standard moto practice and all of Biltwell grips have grooves to accommodate this. Using Biltwell rubber grips on H-Ds will often require that your motorcycle is equipped with an aftermarket throttle tube (Biltwell Whiskey throttle tube, for instance). The grips do not have a built-in plastic throttle tube, they are meant to slide over a higher-quality aluminum tube.

Installed on '78 CB400T resto/mod. Easy on, feel and look great for a vintage vibe. Effectively reduces some buzz. Slim feel with diamond pattern to help with gripping.

Best mx style grips for Harley, other brands I’ve tried wear too quickly or lock on style feel too fat. Can be a pain to install but if you’ve done dirtbike grips shouldn’t be a problem with some Wd-40 and finish off with some grip wire.
