Dollar store quality
These goggles are made very poorly. The metal connectors are flimsy thin metal. Lenses are very thin. Plastic frame is lightweight and fragile. Padding fits a small face, leaves gaps. No info on how to switch the tinted lenses for the clear (included).
These goggles feel like they should cost a couple of dollars, and are definitely not worth anywhere near the asking price.
I'm very disappointed and poorer for my mistake.

Way too big to fit my head and quality was subpar. For $50 i expected a little better quality.

Questions
Can i wear these goggles over my glasses ?
No they will not fit over glasses. There is padding around the eyes and across the nose so no room for specs .

Can the lenses in these be replaced with a Rx polycarbonate lens? It would be done by an optometrist!
No, the Bobster Pilot Goggles (BPIL001) are not designed to accommodate prescription (Rx) lenses.
