Expensive but well worth it.
With their carbon fiber top petal, the Pro Series reeds are better suited to high-revving 85/125's. Whereas the Dual-Stage Power Reeds (fiberglass) tend to flutter and fall off the power sooner, perhaps less of an issue on lower revving 250's.

Fit was perfect - good looking product - difficult to tell if there is any difference from my previous set of reeds because I replaced the top end at the same time

No more spooge
Great value, no more spooge and my bike runs so much better. The old ones look just fine but obviously should have been replaced years ago.

Do these fit directly onto the stock reed?
In my application (YZ125) and likely most others, yes these reeds are a direct replacement for the stock components and bolt on the original reed cage.
